Return Policy

 

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase therefore I am happy to accept returns.  Please contact me via email (michelemersereauart@gmail.com) with the reason for return.  In the case of damage, please provide a picture within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back within 10 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  1. Custom or personalized orders

  2. Digital downloads

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Policy

 

As of June of 2020, Michele Mersereau Art ships exclusively through USPS. Your product will ship within 3-5 days except for in the case of a commissioned item. Shipping costs and an estimated delivery timeline will be included in your commissioned quote. Shipping is calculated at checkout based off of the total weight of the package and is subject to holiday rates and adjustments. If you would like to purchase and have a product shipped internationally, please contact Michele in advance to make arrangements. If you have any questions about your product’s status, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Local Pickup

 

If you are in the local Birmingham, Michigan or surrounding area, I’d be more than happy to discuss local pickup or drop off options for your order! Please reach out to me via email or Instagram and I can give you a code for “Free Shipping” and we’ll arrange a time to meet for you to receive your order!
